The investment cost of the Brand Istanbul project was announced as TL 170 million.

The project, which is expected to be completed by 834 people, is located close to Beylikdüzü Municipality, Medicana Hospital, Beylicium Shopping Center and Metropolitan Elementary School. The project is scheduled to be delivered in June 2021.
